At Our Place, we do not resell our customer returns. We process each item with care. All used items are recycled. All unused items are typically donated or sold at a discount. While we can guarantee that items are unused and safe to use, they may have aesthetic imperfections - usually light scratching or mild discoloration on the handle - frequently invisible to the untrained eye. All components included (and unused as well). No returns.
